At On the Brightside, we want every sip to bring you joy — but we know sometimes things don't go as planned.
All Sales Are Final We do not accept returns on any of our products. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or returned.
Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged, we've got you covered. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged items and your order number, and we'll make it right with a full refund or replacement.
Lost Orders If your order is marked as delivered but never arrived, reach out to us within 7 days and we'll investigate with the carrier. If the package cannot be located, we'll issue a full refund or send a replacement.
